This was a very satisfying case to complete.  Patients usually bring in images of them from the past – In this case the pressure was on when the patient brought in her yearbook from 1953 where she was voted best smile!  It was a great feeling to give her back a great smile!  with an upper pfm bridge we helped the patient regain her beautiful smile.

Checking your work is crucial!  After cementatiotion  post operative images taken with 3 different photographic techniques – A shot with a dual point flash typical to day to day intra oral photography, an image with diffused light for a more silky soft look, and a polarized image utilizing Polar Eyes.
